DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
- All FoodGlow orders are only shipped within Canada.
- Orders placed after 11AM MST will be processed the following business day.
- Orders placed after 11AM MST on Fridays, will be processed the following Monday.
- Overnight orders placed Friday before 11AM MST will be delivered the following Monday.
- Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures.
- We do not process, ship or deliver orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
- You will receive an email notification once your order ships.
- Allow approximately 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday) for tracking information to update.
- If you are unable to receive your package at the delivery time your package will be left at your doorstep.
- FoodGlow is not responsible for stolen packages if you are unable to receive your delivery.
- FoodGlow products can be returned for refund or store credit within 14 days of purchase if the product is unopened and un-used.
- FoodGlow does not cover expenses for shipping the product back to us.
- If proof of a severe reaction occurs from our products opened packages can be retuned for a full refund.
- Please allow for at least 7 days to fully process your return.
- We do not process returns on Saturdays or Sundays.
